Malayan Metal Works is a well-established Malaysia metal packaging company engaged primarily in can manufacturing & metal sheet lithographic printing

A pioneer in its field, the company was established in Malaysia in 1976 to engage in the manufacturing of can packaging for the petrol, solvents and chemicals, inks and paint, edible oils and dry food industries. To cater for the increased demand for our products, we further expanded the business to set up production facilities in Malaysia. Our group of companies today includes the well-established Hoe Chong Tin Pte Ltd in Singapore .

As a testimony of our commitment to producing quality products, majority of orders are currently from repeat customers from well-established and reputable companies. In addition, our products are also exported directly or indirectly to countries in the Middle East, Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia and others.

In 2006, we were awarded the prestigious and world recognized ISO 9001 certification by UKAS, UK’s National Accreditation Body which is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, in recognition of our achievement in establishing a quality management system for can manufacturing.

We also obtain UN marking certification for certain product range.

Today, we are a one-stop service center providing a full range of can manufacturing services, i.e. from customized art work designs to film and plate making, metal lithography and tinplate printing to can making and precision tooling.





We possess the manufacturing capabilities to provide our customers with the required manufacturing services. To constantly improve our services we have and will continue to upgrade each stage of our manufacturing process by investing in new machines and technologies.





Having been in the can manufacturing industry for nearly a century, we have to date built up an established track record and reputation with our customers both locally and overseas and with our network of suppliers. This is achieved through regular consultations with our buyers and customers, majority of whom are repeat customers from well-established companies. We believe that the same qualities will enable us to further consolidate our position as an established can manufacturer both locally and abroad.
